SUMMARY:InterMusic SF Presents Music at SalesForce Park – Jeremy Cohen’s ViolinJazz
DESCRIPTION:InterMusic SF is launching a new, free concert series at Salesforce Park at 425 Mission Street in downtown San Francisco. Join us for a series of three outdoor concerts, featuring unique and exciting Bay Area-based ensembles.\n\nAll performances are free and open to the public. No tickets or RSVP required.\n\nAbout the Musicians:\nJeremy Cohen’s electrifying jazz violin performances have earned him nationwide accolades. Classically-trained and a student of Itzhak Perlman and Anne Crowden, Cohen’s eclectic style reflects his respect for a wide range of violinists from Perlman and Fritz Kreisler to Joe Venuti and Eddie South. Jazz violin and Quartet San Francisco (founded by Cohen nearly two decades ago) embody Cohen’s passion for bringing multiple genres to the string literature.\nFollowing performances:\nDestiny Muhammad Trio – 9/16\nVitamin Em – 10/26\n
