Sleight Ensemble is a group of composer/performers who compose, commission, and present new and civically-engaged music in the San Francisco Bay Area. They were founded in 2015 as a vehicle to perform the work of developing composers in the Bay Area—specifically composers whose work exists at the intersection of improvisation, experimentation, and traditional through-composed music.
