In this interactive workshop, you will utilize practical tools for crafting your performing arts business model. Facilitator Amy Kweskin will introduce a method for writing your vision, values, and mission statements. From this foundation, you will set a SMART Goal for your business development intention. To activate the Goal, you will explore the Business Model Canvas: identifying audiences, donors, and partners. You’ll craft a Value Proposition for pursuing commissions, building audiences, and soliciting donors. Bring your pen, paper, and computer to apply lessons learned and immediately receive feedback in this hands-on workshop.
